Three of the state’s leading orthopedic practices are merging on Jan. 1, 2021: Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance in the Nashville area, Tennessee Orthopaedic Clinics in the Knoxville area, and Mid-Tennessee Bone & Joint Clinic in the Columbia area. The opportunity to partner allows a path forward in creating innovative orthopedic care delivery models for the thousands of patients who span across our respective markets, in sharing best practices and in creating high-quality, cost-effective patient outcomes. This merger will result in some operational enhancements, and we are confident you will see them as improvements to our clinical and operational practices
Yes. Physical therapy, MRI and other ancillary services will still be offered.
This merger will not impact our relationship with any insurance providers that we currently work with. If you have concerns or questions, you can reach out to your doctor’s office for information about your specific insurance provider.
All three groups will continue to take all major insurance plans. Please contact your specific office if you have questions.
No, your doctor will not be transferred to another location because of this merger. You will continue to receive the same excellent care from your same doctor at the same location.
